Macromedia University has approximately 4,650 students and more than 120 professors at eight locations in the German cities of Munich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Freiburg, Cologne, Hamburg, Leipzig and Berlin. The bachelor’s and master’s degree programmess cover the entire spectrum of management, media, art and creativity.
The programmes are practice-oriented and courses are offered in the areas of coding, design, film, journalism, games, art, management, media, fashion, psychology and acting.
In each of the 6 or 7-semester bachelor’s programmes, students may choose from a wide range of fields of study. Several bachelor’s programmes are also offered in English at selected locations in Berlin and Munich. To gain international experience during their studies, students can optionally spend a semester at one of Macromedia’s partner universities at locations all over the world.
The non-consecutive master’s degree programmes in Media and Communications Management, Business Management and Design Management enable direct progression to an international career. Entry into the master’s programme is possible with both 180 and 210 ECTS.
Macromedia University cooperates with more than 500 interdisciplinary partners from the business world. These include well-known companies such as the Microsoft software group, the legendary car brand Mini and RTL media group. Smaller companies and innovative start-ups are also part of the Macromedia University network. This gives students a realistic impression of the working world and the best career prospects.
Macromedia Academy offers vocational training in the areas of design, events, games, computer science, marketing, media, fashion and sports.
