We offer in university degrees, training, further education, seminars and cooperation courses for a digital working world characterised by exponential change.
For almost 30 years, Macromedia has been one of the leading providers of academic and professional training and further education in German-speaking countries, with a clear focus on the media, management and creative industries.
Macromedia’s managing director is Dr. Reimar Müller-Thum. Since 2013, Macromedia has been part of the international education group Galileo Global Education based in Paris, which is now majority-owned by the L’Oreal family and the Canadian pension fund CPP Investments.
Throughout Germany, Macromedia delivers courses at Macromedia University and the Macromedia Academy in Berlin, Frankfurt, Freiburg, Hamburg, Cologne, Leipzig, Munich, and Stuttgart.
Members of the Galileo network also benefit from a wide range of opportunities for cooperation and synergies. Macromedia can thus expand its academic portfolio with new educational brands such as the fashion design course in cooperation with the French fashion school Atelier Chardon Savard and the acting course in cooperation with the Parisian drama school Cours Florent at selected locations.
Following the guiding principle of “personality and competence”, the students and participants of all educational offers at Macromedia not only acquire specialist knowledge, but are also individually promoted in the development of their personal strengths and interests.
