Setting Up a Fabletics Pop-Up and Coordinating a Yoga Session.
The Wellnergy Festival in London was an incredible opportunity to showcase Fabletics in a lively and wellness-focused environment. As part of my role, I was tasked with setting up a Fabletics pop-up tent and coordinating a yoga session that would draw attention to our brand. From inviting influencers to preparing goodie bags and ensuring our pop-up tent looked fantastic, this experience was a whirlwind of excitement and hard work. Here’s how it all came together.
One of the first tasks on my list was identifying and inviting influencers to join us at the festival. I focused on influencers who were already collaborating with Fabletics and were based in London. This way, they wouldn’t have to travel far, and they’d be more likely to attend and engage with the event. I reached out to each influencer personally, ensuring they were excited about the festival and eager to promote it on their social media channels. The response was overwhelmingly positive, and we had a great lineup of influencers ready to represent Fabletics at Wellnergy.
Next up was preparing the goodie bags, which was one of my favorite parts of the job. I wanted to make sure these bags left a lasting impression on everyone who received them, so I carefully selected a mix of Fabletics products and other wellness-related items. The goal was to create a blend of fitness essentials and little luxuries that festival-goers would love. Each bag included a piece of Fabletics activewear, a reusable water bottle, a yoga mat, and a few other surprises. The feedback we received from attendees was fantastic—they loved the thoughtfulness and quality of the goodies.
The day of the festival arrived, and it was time to set up the Fabletics pop-up tent. Creating an inviting and visually appealing space was crucial, so I paid close attention to every detail. The first step was arranging the merchandise displays in a way that showcased our products effectively. I made sure that the activewear was easy to browse, with different styles and sizes prominently displayed. We also set up fitting rooms so attendees could try on their favorite pieces right there.
Decorating the tent was another important aspect. I used Fabletics’ signature colors and banners to create a cohesive look that was instantly recognizable. The tent needed to stand out in the busy festival environment, so I focused on creating a space that was both eye-catching and welcoming. The final result was a vibrant, branded environment that drew in a steady stream of visitors throughout the day.
The highlight of our presence at the Wellnergy Festival was the yoga session we hosted. We wanted to offer something that not only aligned with the wellness theme of the festival but also highlighted Fabletics’ commitment to active, healthy living. The session was held in a spacious area near our tent, and it attracted a large crowd of participants. Coordinating the session involved making sure everything ran smoothly—from the setup of the yoga mats to the timing of the event. I worked closely with the yoga instructor to ensure that the session was engaging and accessible to all levels of participants.
The turnout exceeded our expectations, and the energy in the session was amazing. People were not only enjoying the yoga but also engaging with our brand, which was exactly what we hoped for.
Looking back, I learned a lot about event coordination, branding, and the importance of creating an engaging customer experience. This event was not just about promoting Fabletics—it was about connecting with people, sharing our passion for wellness, and leaving a lasting impression that goes beyond just a single day.
